Daily Eats 07/30/2014

I’m going to be tracking my WeightWatchers points on my blog including total point value of everything I eat throughout the day as well as the total number of points for the entire day including any deficient points and active points earned. I already use the handy plan manager to keep me accountable so this is just really another way to help me stay on track.

DAILY POINTS: 32

FLEX POINTS: 49

 

Breakfast

I didn’t snap a picture of it, but I had a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest bar and a Starbucks venti iced coffee with 2% milk and splenda

Total points: 5

 

Lunch

Jeff and I both wanted Chipotle so I got the Barbacoa burrito bowl with rice, black beans, fresh tomato salsa, tomatillo-green chili salsa, cheese, and lettuce. This ended up being worth 15 points total which is usually a little higher in points for lunch that I’d like it to be  but it definitely hit the spot and I still have 11 points for dinner!

Dinner

For dinner I had a craving for pizza so I made my own Hawaiian pizza on a FlatOut flat bread. It had pineapple, Canadian bacon and a few slices of turkey bacon with part skim shredded mozzarella and pizza sauce. I will post the recipe for it later.
