Breakfast

For breakfast I had an egg white and turkey sausage breakfast sandwich with my usual Starbucks iced venti unsweetened coffee with 2% milk and splenda.

Lunch

The picture isn’t all that great, but the sandwich was DEELICIOUS. For lunch I had a ham and swiss sandwich from Potbelly, but I asked them for less bread so they scooped out most of the innards and it was just as tasty. I also had a small bag of Baked Lays.

Dinner

For dinner I made a big salad. It had romaine, poached chicken, parmesan cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, some croutons and some turkey bacon.
