Daily Eats 08/04/2014

This weekend was jam-packed with house hunting, birthday parties, girls night, and other fun things so I wasn’t able to update the blog as much as I wanted to. I’m back on track this Monday morning with my Daily Eats AND I am happy to report that I’m down another 1lb and a 1/2. It puts my total weight loss since I started Weight Watchers at 13.4lbs.  And even though I know it’s not the most important thing to worry about on the road to being healthy, seeing that number on the scale decrease is the best feeling ever!

Breakfast

Because of my late night Sunday, I rode the struggle bus into work and just ate a medium sized banana and my usual Starbucks  iced venti unsweetened coffee with 2% milk and splenda.

Lunch

When lunchtime rolled around I was starving but I was a bad girl and didn’t pack a lunch the night before. It’s all good though because I had my favorite — CHIPOTLE!!  It was a barbacoa burrito bowl with rice, black beans, fresh tomato salsa, tomatillo-green chili salsa, cheese, and lettuce. I also had a deliciously juicy nectarine on the side

Dinner

Neither Jeff or I felt like cooking so we kept it simple with a salad and sandwich. My salad and romaine, parmesan cheese, some croutons, cucumbers and tomatoes. My sandwich was on a an ArnoldSandwichThin Flax and Fiber bread and it had a few ounces of ham and turkey and a slice of Sargento ultra thin swiss cheese. I also had some dijon mustard and about a teaspoon of apricot preserves for a little bit of sweetness.
