Daily Eats 08/05/2014

I wasn’t really paying attention to my points for today and by the afternoon I was completely out of it and sort of zoning out. I went to my daily tracker and realized that I only consumed about 12 points of food unintentionally. I was fatigued and just blah when I got home so I ate a banana before my bike ride and started to feel better. I definitely will be more mindful of my intake in the future!

Breakfast

For breakfast I had a banana, a QuestNutrition Cookies and Cream Protein bar, and my Starbucks.

Lunch

I was pretty excited to eat my lunch because it had a lot of yummy stuff in it. I mixed a few handfuls of romaine with tomato, cucumber, parmesan cheese, 2oz of ham, 2oz of turkey, and some croutons to give it some more crunch — and really, who doesn’t love croutons. I also had 2tbs of Newman’sOwn Lite Caesar dressing on it as well.

Dinner

I got home later than usual from my bike ride with friends so Jeff and I didn’t end up eating dinner until around 7:30pm or so. Of course I didn’t snap a picture of what I ate so I apologize for that. I had two hot dogs with ketchup, mustard, and relish from Photos and then Jeff and I split a salad. We also went to DairyQueen and got mini Oreo blizzards. I only ate about 1/2 of mine because dinner wasn’t the greatest of choices and I didn’t want to over do it.  I figured since I went on a bike ride and earned some activity points I had a little bit of leeway.
